Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Design, analyze, and validate distribution network projects (overhead and underground), ensuring compliance with technical standards and Energisa Group standards; * Conduct studies and sizing of conductors, transformers, and structures, considering performance, safety, and cost criteria; * Evaluate service requests for new developments, load expansions, and distributed generation connections, defining appropriate technical solutions; * Interact with designers, service providers, and internal departments for technical alignment and engineering decision support; * Monitor construction execution, when necessary, to validate designs and address field interferences; * Prepare technical reports and opinions to support decision-making; * Update, maintain, and validate the technical network registry (GIS / BDR / corporate systems), ensuring consistency between design and existing network; * Contribute to the review of internal standards and implementation of improvements in design processes. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (Electrical Engineering or Production Engineering preferred). * Electricity Sector Legislation (Ordinances, Drafts, and Resolutions), Technical Standards, and Distribution Standards; * ANEEL Resolutions; * PRODIST; PMI practices; * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level); * Internet and Outlook. * Ethics; * Flexibility; * Assertiveness; * Proactivity; * Analytical ability; * Commitment to results and deadlines; * Strong communication skills at all levels; * Logical and analytical reasoning. * Driver’s license category “B”. **Additional information** People here are our greatest ENERGY.
