




Job Summary: Kitchen professional responsible for preparing daily meals, organizing and maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring food hygiene and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Description: Prepare daily meals according to the defined menu. Assist in organizing and distributing meals in the cafeteria. Organize and maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment, and utensils in accordance with ANVISA regulations and internal protocols. Follow proper food handling procedures. Store food and ingredients correctly. Assist in monitoring product expiration dates and preservation conditions. Support food replenishment during meal hours. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure appropriate service to employees. Previous experience as Chef de Cozinha, Large-Scale Cook, Kitchen Assistant, or Production Cook may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Essential Requirements * Completed high school education or equivalent practical experience in the kitchen field. * Proficiency in food preparation techniques and ingredient handling. * Skill in operating kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, and various utensils. * Ability to follow recipes and dish standardizations accurately. * Knowledge of inventory control and kitchen organization. * Proactivity and agility to handle simultaneous tasks. * Teamwork and effective communication with colleagues and supervisors. * Organization and attention to detail to ensure quality and safety.
