




Job Summary: Responsible for processing onboarding, vacations, terminations, and payroll closing, as well as managing electronic timekeeping and e-Social. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of onboarding, vacation, and termination processes Description: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources; * Experience in Human Resources Department; * Familiarity with e-Social; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Process employee onboarding in the system; * Generate and submit onboarding documents and related information to e-Social; * Process employee vacations and contract terminations, including issuing/receiving prior notice, calculating earnings and deductions, and issuing termination documents (GRRF, unemployment insurance, and others); * Process entries required for payroll closing, including health plan information and integration with electronic timekeeping; * Monitor and ensure completion of electronic timekeeping, including reading time records, performing data entry, and calculating within the system; * Manage shift changes and enter medical certificates into the system, and submit related data to e-Social to ensure accurate employee working hours; * Ensure all activities comply with company policies, standards, and procedures. 251225020249822006
