Assist in the pre-preparation of dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2. Assist in the pre-preparation of salads. 3. Assist in the pre-preparation of desserts. 4. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5. Sanitize and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas. 8. Collect and identify food samples. 9. Be responsible for your own health and safety, as well as apply the standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
