Job Summary: The professional will execute and monitor analytical processes, perform critical analyses, and lead corrective and preventive actions, applying continuous improvement methodologies. Critical, analytical, organized, and proactive profile About the Position: * Execute and monitor analytical processes, including Internal Control, External Control, and control charts; * Perform critical analysis of results and lead corrective and preventive actions; * Apply continuous improvement methodologies (5 Whys and 5W2H); * Conduct training sessions, technical meetings, and team guidance; * Participate in and lead internal and external audits; * Support planning and definition of criteria for method validation and verification in collaboration with the medical department; * Perform root cause analysis and method verification; * Ensure organization, standardization, and compliance with laboratory standards and procedures. To transform healthcare, the following is required: * Solid knowledge of laboratory analytical processes; * Experience with Internal Control, External Control, and control charts; * Familiarity with quality tools (5 Whys and 5W2H); * Ability to conduct training, meetings, and audits; * Critical, analytical, organized, and proactive profile; * Experience in root cause analysis and method validation/verification.
