Implement and monitor workplace safety policies, programs, and action plans. Ensure legal compliance through documentation control and response to regulatory inspections. Inspect construction sites to ensure adherence to regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Manage occupational risks and prevent accidents. Conduct safety training, campaigns, and safety culture initiatives such as SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention), DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues), and onboarding sessions. Respond to audits and regulatory authorities. Perform other duties inherent to the role of an Occupational Safety Engineer. Previous experience as a Workplace Safety Specialist, Workplace Safety Consultant, Workplace Safety Analyst, or Workplace Safety Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
