Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and committed Legal Assistant to support legal activities and ensure smooth handling of case-related tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Providing operational support to attorneys and organizing documents We are looking for a **Legal Assistant** to join our team on a **Remote Work** basis. We seek a professional who is organized, proactive, and committed, with interest in supporting legal activities and contributing to the efficient handling of the firm's cases. **Main Responsibilities:** * Drafting pleadings and procedural statements; * Reviewing court notifications, managing and monitoring deadlines; * Monitoring and tracking hearings; * Filing electronic submissions in major legal systems; organizing and tracking case progress; * Updating and maintaining legal databases and systems; * Providing operational support to attorneys to enhance delivery quality and efficiency; * Organizing documents and information related to cases; **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Law; **Relevant work experience, preferably in a law firm;** Excellent written communication skills and strong oral presentation skills; **Proficiency in computer applications and legal systems;** Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective deadline management; Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work collaboratively. * **Knowledge of Banking Law is required.** Compensation: R$1\.950,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have knowledge of Banking Law?
