Check whether any of our current openings align with your profile—and join us on this journey.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **A brief overview of your day-to-day activities:** * Conducts technical monitoring of care quality at external providers, evaluating processes, workflows, records, and clinical evidence to ensure adherence to best practices in healthcare and patient safety; * Monitors adverse events, non-conformities, and clinical vulnerabilities, analyzing root causes, severity, recurrence, and impact on care delivery—supporting corrective and preventive actions with providers; * Oversees action plans agreed upon with the provider network, verifying deadlines, evidence of implementation, and effectiveness of measures taken—promoting continuous improvement in care quality; * Assesses compliance of clinical records, clinical protocols, institutional routines, and quality indicators—identifying improvement opportunities and risks associated with delivered care; * Interfaces with provider clinical and administrative teams, conducting technical alignments, guidance, and structured feedback to strengthen care processes; * Consolidates quality information and indicators, preparing technical reports, comparative analyses, and expert opinions to support provider network management and operator decision-making; * Participates in technical meetings with providers, patient safety centers, and internal departments—discussing adverse events, indicators, clinical vulnerabilities, and improvement strategies; * Supports implementation and strengthening of clinical governance, quality, and patient safety routines—contributing to standardization, traceability, and effectiveness of processes; * Conducts on-site technical visits and evaluations at external providers when necessary—observing infrastructure, clinical processes, protocol compliance, and patient safety conditions; * Documents analyses and interventions in standardized formats within designated systems, spreadsheets, or tools—ensuring information traceability and supporting follow-up actions; * Identifies clinical risks, process failures, and network qualification opportunities—proposing technical referrals and improvement actions to responsible departments; * Maintains ethical, professional, and institutional communication with external providers and internal departments—ensuring clarity in guidance, alignment of practices, and adherence to established workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; * Postgraduate degree in Health Services Auditing and/or Health Quality; * Knowledge of health auditing, medical record analysis, prescriptions, clinical progress notes, DRG methodology, as well as clinical protocols, care guidelines, and best practices in healthcare; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Active professional council registration (COREN); * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Additional Information** **We highly value our employees—the driving force behind our institution.
