Involvement in monitoring quality indicators and action plans. ### **Essential Requirements and Competencies:** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree. * Experience: Prior experience in customer management, contract management, and corporate relationship building. * Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal relationship skills, and focus on continuous improvement. ### **Technical Knowledge:** * Knowledge of contract management and monitoring. * Knowledge of quality indicators and action plans. * Knowledge of operational processes and service standards. * Knowledge of commercial negotiations. * Basic knowledge of service sizing. ### **Responsibilities:** * Provide post-contract support and guidance to customers according to technical specifications. * Verify the quality of delivered products and services, ensuring timely delivery and contractual compliance. * Identify customer needs through site visits and ongoing follow-up. * Conduct negotiations related to pricing and payment terms. * Clarify customer questions regarding applied processes. * Develop and propose initiatives to strengthen the customer-company relationship and improve internal processes. * Monitor inventories of equipment leased to customers. * Represent the company in customer meetings, preparing visit schedules and meeting minutes. * Monitor quality indicators and support the implementation of action plans.
