Organized, with high concentration ability and attention to detail **Public Tender Assistant** **Work Location:** Public Tender Consulting Office **Address:** Cuiabá – MT (Santa Rosa neighborhood) **Work Modality:** On-site **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) A well-established consulting office specializing in public tenders—focused on organization, compliance, and excellence in process execution—is hiring a **Public Tender Assistant** to support operational routines in this area. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist with reading and organizing public tender notices; * Assist with sorting, verifying, and updating documents; * Assemble tender processes according to team guidance; * Monitor deadlines and status of processes; * Update certificates, registrations, and mandatory documentation; * Support submission of proposals and documents via tender portals; * Conduct operational communication with clients, partners, and public agencies; * Organize physical and digital files; * Support administrative routines within the department. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies preferred); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, **with emphasis on Excel;** * Familiarity with **public tender procedures is desirable;** * Experience in administrative routines is a plus; * Organized profile, with high concentration ability and attention to detail; * Aptitude for analytical tasks and structured routines; * Strong **time management** skills and ability to **meet deadlines** and handle **multiple concurrent demands;** * Professional demeanor, **responsibility and discretion;** * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
