





**Job Description:** We are looking for a Junior SDR to handle the first stage of our sales process, conducting active prospecting, making initial contact with leads, and performing preliminary lead qualification. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, keeping the CRM organized, and ensuring leads progress correctly through the sales funnel. Part-time position. **100% Remote** **Mondays: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM \- Tuesdays to Fridays: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (BR)** **Responsibilities:** * Make initial contact with leads via email, WhatsApp, and/or phone calls. * Follow the cadence scripts and workflows defined by the team. * Qualify leads according to the sales team’s basic criteria. * Record all interactions in the CRM and keep data up to date. * Conduct consistent follow-ups to prevent loss of opportunities. * Support the sales team whenever necessary. **Requirements:** * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **ENGLISH ESSENTIAL** * Organizational skills and discipline regarding cadences and recordkeeping. * Interest in learning about sales and the commercial process. * Availability to work part-time. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in customer service or sales. * Familiarity with CRM systems. **What We Offer:** * A fast-paced learning environment. * Opportunity for advancement to Senior SDR and into the broader sales team. **Selection Process:** Interviews will be conducted during afternoon and evening hours (until 9:00 PM). * Growth path beginning after 6 months at the agency.
