This opportunity is for you. The position will be responsible for recruitment and selection, organizational climate, performance evaluation, feedback, and employee support. Join us in strengthening our culture and growing our people! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Recruitment and selection for operational, administrative, and strategic positions; * Support and implementation of the job classification, compensation, and career structure plan; * Management of onboarding processes and monitoring of the probationary period; * Implementation of individual development plans (IDPs) and follow-up on performance evaluations; * Organizational climate analysis, survey administration, and action plan development; * Development and execution of action plans focused on climate, engagement, and internal communication; * Operational area visits focusing on HR policy clarification and reinforcement; * Monitoring of employees on leave, conflict resolution, and employee support; * Support and management of the separation process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection, training and development, and people management; **Additional Information** * Meals provided on-site; * Food basket; * Gas allowance; * Meal allowance; * PPR – Profit Sharing Program; * Health insurance (Unimed, 50% employer-paid); * Job classification and compensation plan; * Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); * Birthday day off; * Love package. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
