Be the protagonist of your direction, be the protagonist of your development, and be the protagonist of your path. **What You Will Do** Reporting to the Production Manager, you will serve as an apprentice, supporting departmental activities and contributing to the organization of operational processes and routines. You will be responsible for organizing and managing uniforms and lockers in the changing rooms, issuing Waste Transport Manifests, creating purchase orders, drafting and distributing internal communications, updating the information bulletin board, and assisting in organizing and executing factory events. You will also guide candidates during onboarding days, ensuring smooth activity flow. **Who We Are Looking For** We are seeking a responsible individual who is ready to take ownership of this role—someone full of energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with like-minded people.
