If you are someone who: * prefers everything well-organized, * understands the importance of doing things correctly, * pays close attention to details and deadlines, * and feels motivated when seeing processes operating correctly and transparently, **this role may be right for you.** Here, you’ll have room to **contribute, learn, grow, and leave your mark**, actively participating in the evolution of the finance department within an expanding company. **JOB MISSION** Execute and support operational collections routines for condominiums, ensuring contacts, records, follow-ups, and delinquency controls are carried out in an organized, documented, and traceable manner—providing effective support to the Collections Manager in credit recovery and revenue maintenance. **MAIN ROUTINES** * **Support for Administrative Collections** * Conduct initial contact with delinquent condominium owners. **Recording and Control** * Record all collection activities in the system: * contacts, * messages, * preliminary negotiations. * Update status of delinquent units. * Maintain organized and traceable history per condominium owner. **Agreement Follow-up** * Monitor compliance with agreed terms. * Track due dates of negotiated installments. * Notify the Collections Manager of delays or recurrences. * Support formal documentation of agreements. **Interface with Finance Department** * Assist in verifying receipts. * Report payments made for correct system clearance. * Support bank reconciliation when involving negotiated amounts. * Ensure alignment between collections and financial records. **Operational Support** * Organize lists of delinquent owners by condominium. * Prepare basic collections reports. * Support administrative tasks related to collections. * Escalate complex cases to the Collections Manager. * Send payment reminders and administrative notifications. * Reinforce collections according to the defined escalation schedule. * Always act within legal limits and provided guidelines. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE** * Administrative collections routines. * Basic understanding of condominium delinquency. * Basic ability to read bank slips and statements. * Condominium management systems. * Basic knowledge of organization and control. **DESIRED SKILLS** * Clear and concise communication. * Organization and discipline. * Ability to record and monitor activities. * Attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions. * Deadline management. * Professional demeanor in sensitive situations. **ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIORS** * Ethical and respectful conduct. * Firmness with courtesy. * Confidentiality and discretion. * Responsibility regarding sensitive information. * Commitment to formal recordkeeping. * Respect for hierarchy and scope of responsibilities. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday — 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1:00 hour lunch break) **COMPENSATION** CLT R$1.800,00 **BENEFITS** * FOOD ALLOWANCE: R$20.00 / DAY * TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$1.800,00 — R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed High School (Mandatory) Experience: * Customer Service (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
