Job Summary: Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring training and development initiatives aligned with strategic objectives, thereby reinforcing organizational culture and engagement. Content Development** * Develop customized instructional content using active learning methodologies and language aligned with employee profiles. * Adapt training materials based on audience, complexity level, and learning objectives. * Update and organize materials in easily accessible internal repositories. **4\.
