Availability to work in shifts **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Availability to work in shifts. **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Ensure bones are properly removed to maximize final product yield using knives. * Debone alcatra and aranha cuts; operate the alcatra bone piston; operate the patinho bone piston; debone acém and full neck cuts using knives and following the technical sheet for each cut, forwarding the final product along the deboning line. * Handle animal-derived products correctly according to instructions from immediate supervisor, applying hygiene and cleaning rules during task execution as per defined procedures. * Guarantee proper deboning without inappropriate cutting of pieces using knives, ensuring product yield based on pre\-defined technical sheets for each cut. * Perform deboning safely, following occupational safety procedures to prevent injury during production. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in this field is a plus. * Availability to work in shifts. * Willingness to relocate. * Proactivity and agility. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Breakfast, Year-end Christmas basket, Pharmacy discount program, Attendance bonus, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
