Job Summary: Natter is seeking a Tire Technician to perform tire replacements, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles and machinery used in agribusiness. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on workplace safety and protection of company assets Natter is looking for a professional to join our team as a Tire Technician. If you possess expertise in vehicle, truck, implement, agricultural, and heavy machinery tire replacement and repair, have experience in the agribusiness sector, and are passionate about your work, this opportunity is for you! We are a Brazilian agribusiness company engaged in agricultural production, livestock farming, and aquaculture. Our goal is to promote sustainable integration among nature, people, and technology to drive growth for the company, employees, customers, and suppliers—ensuring prosperity and longevity for our “large family.” **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor tire conditions across machinery and implements; * Measure tire tread depth to assess wear using appropriate equipment and following specific procedures, with the objective of determining remaining service life; * Adjust and reposition tires, performing inflation calibration using proper equipment, as well as tire rotation, to extend service life; * Identify worn tires and forward them for retreading or recapping according to specific procedures, aiming for reuse; * Repair tires damaged by punctures, cuts, and tears, removing foreign objects and applying patches per specific procedures to restore usability; * Travel to the field as needed to carry out tire repairs and replacements on machinery, minimizing downtime; * Ensure strict adherence to all tire shop processes; * Comply rigorously with occupational safety regulations; * Safeguard company assets; * Maintain confidentiality of information and refrain from disclosing it personally or socially. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Knowledge of tire shop services; * Knowledge of tire repair techniques. **Additional Information** * National Unimed Health Plan; * Life Insurance; * Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and on-site accommodation; * Educational Assistance. #### **Natter •** **Caring for Nature and Passion for the Land.** Natter was founded in 2010 and since then has advanced steadily to promote increasingly productive and sustainable Brazilian agriculture.
