Team and resource management Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in construction site supervision in this role; * Active registration with CREA; * Ensure delivery of the best product to the customer through planning versus actual construction execution; * Monitor and analyze the MS Project system, perform updates in the IFS system, and comply with quality management system guidelines; * Monitor the performance of permanent staff and contractors through physical production measurements, providing continuous feedback to ensure quality excellence; * Administer procurement of construction materials through requisition and receipt; * Develop specialized partnerships, both for labor and for supply of productive materials; * Monitor customer-requested modifications through analysis and support in approving feasibility and cost estimates for such requests; * Coordinate execution of modifications approved by DAC (Customer Service Department); * Monitor inspections and surveys conducted by public agencies and other legal requirements; * Organize and control construction documentation (permits, approved designs, licenses, and correspondence); * Draft contracts and prepare and submit monthly contractor progress measurements via the IFS system; * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of construction machinery, tools, and equipment; * Ensure the physical, moral, and psychological integrity of all site personnel and visitors; 251118020246391186
