Contribute to the smooth operation of department routines by developing knowledge of the digital environment and online commercial practices. **Responsibilities:** * Provide **customer service for e-commerce clients**, answering inquiries and tracking orders through delivery. * Assist in the **generation and updating of reports** related to sales performance, campaigns, and digital metrics. * Support the **integration between the ERP (Santri) and the website**, ensuring product information, prices, and inventory levels are up to date. * **Coordinate with purchasing and shipping teams** to ensure alignment between inventory, orders, and deliveries. * Help **monitor e-commerce metrics**, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
