THIRD-PARTY CLT POSITION – UNIT: Cuiabá\- HR REGISTRATION BY MAIOR TRABALHO, WORKING AT AMBEV CUIABÁ POSITION: JUNIOR FIELD SERVICE ANALYST SALARY: R$ 2742,22 BENEFITS: Transportation allowance or transportation cost assistance: R$ 352.00/month \+ Meal allowance: R$ 24.80/day \+ Medical plan: Sulamerica (employees only) \+ Dental plan provided by the union \+ Food allowance: R$ 174.10 \+ Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) twice per year on average – two installments of R$ 175.80 each – prorated WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handle all IT-related requests * Cable crimping and cabling testing * Cable identification, fiber optic testing and splicing * Switches and router testing * Patch panel assembly * PC, laptop, and smartphone configuration/formatting * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft collaboration tools * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows) * Ticket handling \+ customer support * Asset inventory management * IT patrols / Fast Field * Willingness to travel for visits to other units (if required) Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
