




Job Summary: An external sales professional responsible for developing and servicing key accounts in the cleaning and fine fragrance segments, ensuring optimal brand visibility and monitoring commercial KPIs. The company continuously invests in **innovation, quality, sensory branding, and sustainability**, consistently aiming to surprise consumers and expand its portfolio. \[br.linkedin.com], \[casakm.com.br] **Key Responsibilities** * Service and develop **key accounts (Key Accounts)** in the states of **Mato Grosso (MT)** and **Mato Grosso do Sul (MS)**. * Conduct periodic visits to present product mix, new launches, and commercial proposals. * Negotiate budgets, promotional activities, co-op campaigns, and commercial terms. * Ensure excellent brand visibility at points of sale, adhering to Casa K\&M’s branding and sensory experience guidelines. * Monitor portfolio commercial KPIs: sell-in, sell-out, stockouts, inventory turnover, coverage, and execution. * Identify expansion opportunities, new channels, and potential strategic customers. * Track competitor KPIs and market trends in the home cleaning and fragrance segments. * Prepare visit reports and weekly planning documents. **Requirements** * Prior experience as an **external sales representative**, **account executive**, or **commercial representative**, serving retail chains, distributors, or food/pharmaceutical retail. * Experience managing **fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)** portfolios, preferably in cleaning, fragrance, hygiene, or related categories. * Strong negotiation skills, portfolio management capability, and ability to interpret commercial KPIs. * Willingness and availability to travel within MT and MS. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with brands emphasizing strong **sensory positioning**, such as fragrances, ambient care, or premium cleaning products. * Previous regional Key Account experience. * Familiarity with the specific characteristics of the **MT and MS markets**. **What We Offer** * A consolidated portfolio featuring leading brands with strong national recognition. * A work environment rooted in **innovation, socio-environmental responsibility, creativity, and passion for what we do**. * Structured marketing support, visibility initiatives, and robust campaigns across media, events, and sensory activations.
