MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for developing and training the Magazine Luiza store teams, as well as managing and monitoring Commercial Representatives (Business Managers), ensuring team motivation, recognizing individual achievements, and reinforcing Consórcio’s sales practices.
