**Responsibilities and Duties** **A brief overview of your day-to-day activities:**
* Ensure technical standardization and quality of therapeutic assessments and interventions through coordination, supervision, and rigorous verification of evidence-based protocol implementation;
* Lead and ensure the cohesion and effectiveness of the multidisciplinary technical team through continuous monitoring, guidance, and supervision of clinical practices;
* Contribute to patients' clinical progress through systematic analysis, assessment, and review of therapeutic data and progress indicators;
* Monitor service delivery during critical situations by providing immediate technical support in-session, including management and mitigation of challenging behaviors;
* Contribute to the effectiveness of individualized therapeutic plans through participation in the development, structuring, and adjustment of teaching programs;
* Ensure organizational efficiency and operational effectiveness of services through coordination, planning, and scheduling control for therapists, patients, and ad-hoc appointments;
* Guide, support, and train families through technical feedback, presentation of outcomes, and guidance on individual and group therapeutic interventions;
* Ensure traceability and consistency of clinical information through verification, maintenance, and review of session records and technical reports;
* Guarantee the effectiveness of individual therapeutic plans by actively participating in their development, structuring, and technical adjustment;
* Support integration among clinic, family, and school by representing the organization technically in interdisciplinary meetings and external collaborations;
* Sustain continuous service improvement through identification, analysis, and proposal of adjustments to clinical and operational workflows;
* Act committedly and aligned with the clinic’s institutional goals, contributing to achievement of assistance, operational, and quality indicators;
* Ensure compliance with ethical and institutional standards through observance, monitoring, and verification of professional and organizational norms;
* Contribute to organizational efficiency through management of technical, human, and informational resources under your responsibility;
* Support management in strategic service leadership through active participation in technical, operational, and planning decisions;
* Ensure institutional credibility and clinical excellence through responsible, values-aligned technical representation;
* Preserve ethical principles and confidentiality of information through adherence to applicable legal and institutional regulations;
* Ensure traceability and consistency of clinical information through careful verification, maintenance, and review of session records and technical reports;
* Represent the clinic with technical excellence and ethical conduct, aligning all actions with the organization’s values and culture;
* Prepare complex administrative documents, technical opinions, and conclusive reports with high scientific rigor;
* Design and coordinate specific clinic projects, such as commemorative date activities, social skills groups, and therapeutic workshops;
* Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals and plan training content for internal team and family education;
* Implement feedback cycles for the technical team and coordinate interns, ensuring development of new talent within the clinic.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology;
* Completed specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); postgraduate qualification in Neuropsychology is desirable;
* Preferred: Professional Crisis Management (PCM) certification;
* Experience in team coordination and supervision, clinical data analysis, and performance indicators is desirable;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Active professional council registration (CRP);
* Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
