Design and implement customized Training & Development (T&D) programs for various hierarchical levels and departments, using innovative methodologies and concepts (virtual, in-person, hybrid). Develop and monitor succession plans and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Implement and manage mentoring and coaching programs. Support leadership development by providing tools and training to enhance team management competencies. **Organizational Climate and Culture:** Plan, execute, and analyze climate and engagement surveys, presenting actionable plans to management. Promote and disseminate company values and culture, reinforcing a sense of belonging and organizational identity. Develop and implement initiatives to continuously improve the work environment and employees’ quality of life. Act as a cultural change agent, supporting transformations and new initiatives. **Performance Management:** Manage the performance evaluation cycle (goal setting, monitoring, feedback, and calibration). Support managers and employees in effectively using the performance evaluation tool, ensuring objectivity and alignment with company objectives. Develop and monitor performance improvement plans when necessary. **Talent and Career Management:** Support the development of career paths. Contribute to retaining key talents by identifying and proposing engagement and development initiatives. **Internal Communication:** Collaborate with internal communication teams to ensure messages are clear, effective, and engaging. Utilize diverse channels to promote programs, results, and achievements. **Metrics and Reporting:** Monitor and analyze DHO metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, training participation, etc.). Prepare periodic reports for HR management, presenting results and suggesting improvements. **Internal Consulting:** Provide internal consulting to managers and teams on topics related to development, climate, and performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Previous experience in Human and Organizational Development (DHO). Experience in leadership development and facilitating Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive presentations. Skill in Canva for designing internal materials and communications.
