




Job Summary: A Personnel Department/HR professional to organize and update files, execute onboarding/offboarding procedures, assist with payroll processing, and support employees. Knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes. **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Organize and update files and documents related to the **Personnel Department** to ensure compliance and easy access. * Execute **onboarding, offboarding, and time tracking** routines using electronic systems to ensure record accuracy. * Assist in payroll preparation by verifying data and entering information into the **HR management software**. * Provide employee support to clarify questions regarding benefits, vacation, and internal policies. * Manage and archive legal documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. * Collaborate with the HR team to optimize administrative processes and improve the employee experience. * Contribute to implementing improvements in the **people management system**, promoting greater operational efficiency. * Actively participate in meetings to align strategies and ensure departmental goals are met. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Human Resources, People Management, or related fields; * Experience with **Personnel Department** and **Human Resources** routines. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**, especially **Excel**, for data management. * Knowledge of labor legislation and procedures related to onboarding, offboarding, and benefits. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure information accuracy. * Proactivity in problem-solving and process improvement. * Good interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with teams and employees. * Discretion and ethics when handling confidential information. **Location: Várzea Grande/MT** **Benefits:** Breakfast and lunch, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance
