You will join a team that values practical experience, responsibility, and animal welfare. * Daily cattle handling (herding, sorting, counting). * Assistance with vaccination, deworming, and other health management practices. * Support during calving, navel care, and calf handling. * Herding animals to pastures, corrals, and loading areas. * Assistance with daily feeding routines (salt, feed, water, troughs). * Basic maintenance of fences, waterers, and infrastructure. * Care for equipment, tack, saddles, and facilities. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience as a cowboy, ranch hand, or rural worker in livestock farming. * Knowledge of safe and respectful cattle handling (beef and/or dairy). * Willingness to reside on the farm or nearby. * Physical capability for fieldwork and rural routines. * Responsibility, discipline, and care for farm property. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with milking (manual or mechanical) and lactating cow management. * Basic knowledge of artificial insemination or bovine reproduction. * Proficiency with horses, roping, and corral handling. * Experience on technified farms (rotational grazing, feed bunks, feedlot systems). * Willingness to learn new management methods and field technologies.
