Support for maintenance execution and feasibility of solutions **Job Description** ------------------- OBJECTIVE Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling equipment and facility maintenance activities at the plant. Your work involves developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, managing spare parts inventory, analyzing failures, and optimizing maintenance processes. In addition, the PCM analyst must monitor performance indicators, manage costs, and prepare reports to support decision-making within the department. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Daily management of action plans, implementation and execution of the management system (KHMS); * All routines related to maintenance scheduling, planning, and control (handling work orders, resource planning, scheduling and monitoring KPIs); * Cost management and identification of improvement opportunities, aiming at cost reduction, extended equipment life, supplier development, and other factors contributing to healthier cost structures and ensuring plant profitability; * Support for maintenance execution as a means to enable and strengthen scheduling, as well as support and facilitation of corrective solutions. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Administration, IT or related fields; * Intermediate level Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; * Preferred: Technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems; familiarity with packaging machinery, processes, and utilities; * SAP knowledge.
