We are looking for a **Junior Generalist IT Analyst** to be the right-hand support for our operations. Your mission will range from ensuring our team has the ideal tools and hardware to work with, to getting hands-on with small-scale development and adjustments to our internal systems. If you are passionately engaged with technology broadly, enjoy moving between Infrastructure (Support/Hardware) and Systems (Development), and have strong interpersonal skills, this role is for you! Watch the videos at the bottom of this page! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * **Onboarding:** Configuring machines for new hires and managing permissions and registrations in internal systems. * **Hardware/Software Maintenance:** Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (e.g., reformatting, minor repairs) and liaising with technical support services. * **Inventory Management:** Rigorous organization and control of technological assets and inventory. * **Networks and Cloud:** Configuring local networks and devices, and supporting administration of basic cloud services. * **Low\-Code/No\-Code Solutions:** Developing, integrating, and maintaining automated workflows to optimize internal processes. * **Methodologies and Frameworks:** Applying processes based on **ITIL**, and supporting project execution using agile methodologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * **Hybrid technical profile:** Knowledge of peripheral installation/hardware maintenance, as well as foundational programming logic for small-scale development. * Proficiency in configuring operating systems and general software, plus basic digital security knowledge. * Prior experience in IT (either in support or basic development). * Solution-oriented mindset: Enjoy investigating complex end-to-end problems. * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teaching (you’ll interact directly with internal users requiring assistance). **Additional Information** **What we offer:** **Fixed compensation:** R$ 3264,59; **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1h30\ lunch break); **Employment type:** Permanent/CLT; **Work location:** Cuiabá/MT (on-site). **A benefits package focused on you (total value R$ 1\.526,00\), divided into:** **Meal voucher;** **Flexibility:** Customize your balance among meal allowance, mobility, Gympass, dental plan, and health insurance; **We also offer:** **Comprehensive care:** Life insurance, SESC membership, and corporate wellness programs; **Real career path:** Growth opportunities based on your performance and personal accountability. **At our headquarters you’ll find:** Open Café \| Gaming area \| Gourmet area \| Rest room \| Nursing support room \| Reading incentive program For **over 20 years**, we’ve been passionate about what we do and believe in the power of **technology** to transform businesses through enterprise solutions from **Thomson Reuters**.
