Opportunity for teamwork **Responsibilities** * Register and update clients, suppliers, and contracts in the system * Verify and organize registration documents and information * Monitor outstanding invoices and support collection routines * Contact clients to send bills, confirmations, and clarifications * Support administrative and financial routines of the department * Organize physical and digital files **Requirements**: * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in administrative/financial fields preferred) * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) * Organization, attention to detail, and good communication skills * Experience in administration, registration, or collections is a plus * Proactivity and responsibility, commitment to deadlines and data accuracy * Ability to work well in a team * **SALARY R$ 2.800,00 + R$500,00 cost-of-living allowance + R$110,00 attendance bonus** * **WORK HOURS: MON to FRI from 07:30 to 17:30.** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: R$2.800,00 per month Work Location: On-site
