Our story continues, and we are ready to create moments that transform and impact people’s lives, generating connections and opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise Customer Service teams, including the Diaper Room, Customer Service Center (SAC), and Benefits Program; * Monitor administrative routines within the area; * Maintain direct contact with suppliers and customers, ensuring alignment and service quality; * Control payments and monitor financial processes related to operations; * Manage contracts, ensuring compliance and up-to-date information; * Guarantee adherence to deadlines, operational workflows, and established SLAs; * Monitor and control records of customer interactions, requests, and incidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or similar; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior customer service experience is desirable. **Additional Information** ### **What We Offer You** * Meal/food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Internal learning platform – Saber Online; * Annual bonus; * Wellhub. **Work Location:** Estação Cuiabá Shopping **Work Schedule:** 5x2 (Tuesday to Saturday, with fixed days off on Sundays and Mondays) **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
