This professional ensures inventory integrity and organization, as well as efficiency in internal material logistics, contributing to smooth project progress and timely delivery. **Education and Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a warehouse clerk or in related fields. * Knowledge of inventory control systems \- SAP. * Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, Word). * Basic knowledge of photovoltaic solar system components (preferred). * Driver's license category B. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** **1\. Material Receipt (Warehouse)** * Receive, inspect, and record incoming solar panels, inverters, cables, batteries, and other components. * Verify that received items match invoices and purchase orders. 2\. Storage (Warehouse) * Organize and store materials appropriately to ensure easy access and safety. * Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, following storage standards for solar equipment. 3\. Inventory Control (Warehouse) * Update the inventory control system (SAP) with material receipts and issues. * Conduct periodic inventories to ensure inventory accuracy. * Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages of essential materials. 4\. Logistics and Distribution (Internal and External Logistics) * Pick and deliver materials according to requests from installation and maintenance technicians. * Coordinate logistics for material distribution across various solar installation projects and sites. * Track transportation and delivery of materials and equipment leaving the warehouse or supplied by vendors (WEG). * Liaise with freight carriers to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and appointments. * Support logistics communication aligned with the customer journey, including: Confirmation of the customer's home address. Direct contact with the customer. Verification of the job site location. Verification of the customer's availability to receive materials. 5\. Preservation and Safety * Ensure the integrity and preservation of stored materials, especially sensitive components. * Follow safety standards for handling and storing materials. 6\. Administrative Support * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions. * Assist in preparing inventory control reports.
