Come be Strong—come be Fortbras! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform active and reactive collections from delinquent customers; * Provide customer service aimed at addressing financial department requirements; * Negotiate receivables recovery; * Monitor generated agreements to ensure payment of overdue invoices; * Update customer registration information **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in finance (collections) preferred; * Experience in both active and reactive collections preferred.
