If you have experience in **Back Office** (bank, brokerage firm, asset manager, or family office), master **Microsoft Excel**, and are comfortable working with complex market systems, this is the ideal opportunity to apply and expand your knowledge in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities and Daily Tasks** * **Portfolio Management:** Processing and reconciling fixed-income, equities, fund, and offshore transactions. * **Financial Control:** Settlement management, event monitoring (dividends, interest), and rigorous verification of brokerage statements. * **Operational Workflow:** Executing transactions (redemptions, investments, portability), foreign exchange operations, and submitting support tickets via platforms (e.g., XP Connect). * **Data and Compliance:** Validating client registration data (KYC), organizing documentation, and interfacing with Management and Compliance departments. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identifying bottlenecks and proposing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Proven experience in Back Office roles at banks, brokerage firms, asset managers, or family offices. * **Advanced Microsoft Excel:** Proficiency in complex formulas, pivot tables, and **basic automation** (VBA or macros are advantageous). * **Market Systems:** Familiarity with **Bloomberg Terminal, XP Connect, HUB**, or custody systems. * **Analytical Profile:** Strong attention to detail, data validation capability, and commitment to \\"zero-error\\" standards. * **Efficiency Mindset:** Interest in process automation and workflow optimization.
