Affirmative action position for people with disabilities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Prospect new customers (legal entities and individuals), focusing on vehicle leasing and fleet management * Conduct external visits to present mobility solutions * Develop commercial proposals and negotiate leasing contracts * Manage customer portfolio, ensuring relationship building and retention * Monitor the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing * Identify opportunities for new business and contract expansion * Support the management and renewal of active contracts * Meet commercial targets and performance indicators * Perform follow-up with customers and leads * Update information in the system/CRM and prepare sales reports * Collaborate with internal departments (administration, billing, and operations) to ensure service delivery * Handle post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Salary: Commission-based * **Requirements:** * Mandatory requirements: * Completed high school education (college degree in progress in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields is preferred) * Experience in external sales and customer prospecting * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability for external visits * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication and negotiation skills. * Desired qualifications: * Experience in the automotive sector or vehicle leasing industry * Knowledge of contract management and B2B customer relationship management * Experience with commercial targets and performance indicators * An active customer portfolio will be considered a differentiator. * Behavioral competencies: * Commercial profile and results orientation * Proactivity and autonomy * Strong interpersonal relationship skills * Organizational and scheduling management abilities * Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
