Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and processing automotive warranties, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing reimbursement/replacement processes. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and control of product and service warranty processes 2. Monitoring of warranty process approvals 3. Support during audits and familiarity with automaker standards **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00\| Saturdays, 08:00–12:00 **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Assemble, submit product and service warranty processes, and manage reimbursement/replacement requests, ensuring document submission complies with requirements specified in the manual; * Analyze service orders related to warranty processes and verify completion of mandatory fields to ensure dossier approval; * Monitor warranty process approvals to minimize rejections and/or reversals; * Manage the dispatch of warranty parts according to predefined procedures, preventing damage caused by improper removal or use of inappropriate tools; * Ensure organization of warranty processes and other departmental documents, guaranteeing information accessibility when required; * Participate in and support audits by attending to and assisting auditors; * Contribute to departmental tasks; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience in automotive warranty or post-sales administrative routines; * Familiarity with automaker warranty processes is desirable; * Proficiency in internal systems and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. * Experience at dealerships is desirable; * Familiarity with audits and automaker standards. * This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities.
