Job Summary: Remote Developer Analyst responsible for developing and maintaining applications, contributing to solution evolution, and actively participating in agile ceremonies. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and maintain applications, ensuring adherence to coding best practices. 2. Collaborate with the team on technical challenges and solution evolution. 3. Work in backend, frontend, or fullstack roles as needed. **DEVELOPER ANALYST – REMOTE** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Develop and maintain applications, ensuring adoption of best practices in coding and software design. * Implement features based on business and technical requirements. * Contribute to continuous solution improvement. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies, collaborating with the team to define solutions. * Address technical challenges together with the team. * Support process automation, including CI/CD and automated testing. * Ensure delivery quality and efficiency. * Work, as required by service needs, in one or more areas: backend, frontend, or fullstack. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields, or any undergraduate degree with a postgraduate degree in IT (minimum 360 hours). * Experience in software development, with proficiency in at least one programming language. * Knowledge of API development, databases (SQL/NoSQL), Git version control, and agile methodologies. * Familiarity with software quality best practices, automated testing, and CI/CD. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. * Strong communication skills, teamwork, and active listening. * Autonomy, organization, time management, and results orientation. * Proactivity, adaptability, continuous learning, and accountability. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Work Mode:** Remote * **Benefits:** Meal or Food Allowance, Dental Plan, Life Insurance. * **English Course Partnership** * **IT Course Partnership
