Job Summary: The professional will conduct customer prospecting, sales planning, battery maintenance, point-of-sale (POS) merchandising, and after-sales service, ensuring effective use of the Moura Management System. Dynamic work involving travel and external routines Join Moura, an organization that for over 60 years has been delivering energy to serve the market with innovation and technology. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conducts market segmentation research through client visits, applying the appropriate form; * Performs fieldwork with prospects (new client acquisition) and inactive clients (reactivation), visiting potential clients, presenting the product, and describing the battery’s features and advantages. Completes client registration using standardized forms. * Evaluates planning against achieved results, analyzing sales volume per client according to the plan. * Covers territories of sales representatives on vacation or uncovered areas. The trainee conducts client prospecting and sales planning, sells batteries, provides battery maintenance services, implements POS merchandising activities, performs after-sales service for area clients, and carries out basic inspections and maintenance. * Ensures effective use of the Moura Management System. Develops action plans to achieve improvement goals and ensures implementation of plans, anomaly resolution, and procedures through corporate management.
