We seek a Financial Assistant who demonstrates responsibility, analytical insight, and commitment to deadlines, directly contributing to the organization and efficiency of our processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform accounts receivable billing, including issuing invoices and notifications * . Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable, identifying and resolving discrepancies * . Record paid invoices and archive documents * . Provide accounts receivable information to the finance team and other departments * . Support the preparation of accounts receivable reports and analyses * . Maintain updated and organized accounts receivable documentation and records * . Monitor and forecast receipts and payments * . Identify opportunities to improve cash flow **Requirements** * Experience in accounts receivable or finance-related areas * . Communication and customer relationship skills * . Teamwork capability * . Proficiency in Excel and other productivity tools * .
