Job Summary: A professional responsible for scheduling and controlling production, analyzing productivity data, managing raw material inventory, and assisting in the planning and monitoring of factory production. Productivity analysis and quality control **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00; Saturday, from 07:00 to 11:00 **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Schedule and control production activities. * Populate spreadsheets and enter reporting data. * Calculate productivity indices and prepare quality control and trimmings charts. * Enter finished product information into the system and collaborate with the Production Manager on factory planning. * Monitor production activities and analyze production capacity. * Manage and define raw material and input inventory levels, establish production schedules and priorities. * Support internal production control—from component cutting through to finished product delivery to shipping and finished goods inventory—under the guidance of the Production Manager. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of production planning and control, * Analysis, calculation of production time, and inventory management. **Benefits:** Hazard Pay, Performance Bonus, Attendance Bonus, On-site Meal, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance or Fuel Subsidy
