





**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:30\|13:30 to 18:00 **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Diagnose equipment failures, identifying mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, according to printed, electronic, or verbal service orders. * Install new equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. * Prepare detailed technical reports documenting interventions performed, including diagnoses, solutions applied, and recommendations for the client. * Provide technical support to clients, clarifying questions and advising on proper use and maintenance of equipment through various communication channels. * Collaborate with the technical support team to optimize processes and improve service quality. * Keep the work area clean and organized, following safety and hygiene regulations. * Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new processes and equipment. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronics, or related fields. * Previous experience in equipment maintenance, laboratory equipment, and refrigeration systems is desirable. * Knowledge in reading and interpreting drawings, technical manuals, and electrical schematics. * Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment.
