Job Summary: Experienced refrigeration professional to assess conditions, advise the client, and lead teams in maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive, corrective maintenance, and equipment installation **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school with technical training in Refrigeration Mechanics; * Minimum proven experience of **03 (three) years** in this role; * Knowledge of maintenance for central air conditioning systems and general building maintenance; * Certification with satisfactory performance in the **NR10 Basic Course**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assess maintenance requirements by studying building projects and characteristics to define the optimal work plan; * Consult engineers, architects, and other specialists to align technical and aesthetic service requirements; * Advise the client on matters related to professional responsibilities; * Conduct studies aimed at **energy efficiency** and electricity savings, guiding maintenance activities; * Ensure compliance with relevant technical standards and perform technical data surveys; * Lead teams in installation, assembly, operation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems; * Deliver technical training and supervise execution of services within the area; * Organize technical documentation, perform measurements, and conduct quality control; * Carry out preventive, corrective maintenance, and equipment installation; * Perform other duties related to the role. **Desired Profile:** Proactive, organized professional with sharp technical insight, leadership ability, and commitment to quality and safety standards Compensation: R$1\.730,98 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
