Activities: •Support preventive and corrective maintenance management of air conditioning and climate control systems. •Assist in planning and monitoring service orders. •Support performance indicator tracking and technical reporting. •Contribute to organizing contracts and technical documentation for the department. •Monitor audits and internal processes related to building maintenance.
