Job Summary: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment, diagnosing faults and preparing technical reports. Key Highlights: 1. Emphasis on communication, courtesy, and good customer relationships Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform corrective and preventive repairs, including part replacement and adjustments, in accordance with the manufacturer's manual. * Develop fault diagnosis and failure analysis for electromechanical equipment. * Prepare technical reports, checklists, service orders, and failure reports. * Serve customers harmoniously and courteously. * Communicate effectively, clearly, and transparently. * Maintain good interpersonal relationships. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Technical course in Electromechanics or related fields * 2 years of experience in electromechanical equipment maintenance * Theoretical knowledge of electrical control systems and hydraulics is desirable * Familiarity with elevator platforms is desirable * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams * Ability to read and interpret hydraulic diagrams * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings – Machine elements * Knowledge and ability to use computerized control and information systems (ERP, technical manuals, diagrams) **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break. **Benefits and Partnerships:** * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Meal Voucher and/or Food Voucher * Flexible Card * Transportation Voucher * Payroll-deductible loan (available after 6 months of employment) * Life Insurance * Corporate Social Network (partnership with various establishments offering exclusive discounts and benefits) * Training and Development Program (Tecnogera University) * Breakfast **Health and Wellness Programs:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Emotional Well-being: 100% company-funded psychotherapy sessions * Gympass **We are energy in motion since 2006**, supplying the energy that powers businesses—especially through **temporary power solutions**, **access equipment**, and **temperature control solutions**.
