





Perform deboning and technical cuts according to the defined standard, maximizing meat yield. Carry out manual and mechanical deboning. Classify and identify cuts. Prevent cross-contamination. Comply with sanitary and safety regulations. Prior experience in beef slaughterhouse operations is desirable.
