Internal Communication and Culture DHO Analyst - Hosp. Central de Alta Complexidade de MT - Cuiabá MT

Unit: Hospital Central de Alta Complexidade de Mato Grosso \- Cuiabá/MT Working hours: 220 hrs/month \- 44 hrs weekly. Employment type: CLT Responsibilities \- Promote internal communication of local topics related to the unit's daily operations; \- Produce local content by monitoring and interacting with departments, as well as actively seeking relevant information for the local audience; \- Implement, manage, and create content for local internal communication channels, both online and offline; \- Evaluate the effectiveness of local internal communication channels and suggest improvements based on metrics and feedback; \- Support communication regarding organizational changes, strategic projects, and local HR initiatives; \- Identify, build, and manage a pool of local suppliers for internal communication activities (agencies, printing services, audiovisual, etc.), maintaining relationships with them; \- Plan and execute endomarketing initiatives focused on promoting Essência Einstein (culture), pride, and belonging; \- Plan and organize the annual celebration event in accordance with institutional guidelines; \- Interface with the External Communications team to disseminate relevant news internally; \- Lead and facilitate the local EX Committee, ensuring active employee participation in improving the employee journey; \- Identify local improvement opportunities within the employee journey and report them to the EX Committee; \- Drive initiatives that foster a positive employee experience through local activation campaigns and events: holidays, experience week, recognition programs, bowling events; \- Act as representative of Organizational Climate Management, supporting the institutional team during preparation and implementation stages, as well as leading and engaging in the analysis of local results, driving action plan development via the EX Committee; \- Promote dissemination of organizational culture, its values and behaviors through internal communication and endomarketing initiatives; \- Identify areas of alignment and misalignment between organizational and local culture, proposing actions for greater coherence; \- Ensure organizational culture is perceived and communicated throughout all stages of the employee journey, especially during onboarding; \- Act as a culture ambassador, encouraging processes, programs, and initiatives to align with organizational culture; \- Develop local initiatives to strengthen employees' sense of belonging, pride, and connection to the unit; \- Suggest and contribute to change management initiatives focused on employee experience; \- Establish and maintain local rituals that reinforce core values (e.g., recognition, celebrations, collective practices). Requirements \- Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing/Advertising; \- Experience in internal communication activities; \- Skills in content production (written texts, graphic materials, audio, and video); \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
