Main Responsibilities: * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Schedule, confirm, and provide guidance regarding examinations; * Register patients and verify documents; * Request authorizations from health insurance providers; * Organize patient flow and direct patients accordingly; * Support departmental administrative routines; * Ensure humanized and effective customer service. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, empathy, and agility; * Prior experience in public-facing roles within the healthcare sector is desirable.
