Focus on information security and technological modernization **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in IT infrastructure and operations management. * Experience leading technical teams. * Experience with hybrid environments (on\-premises \+ cloud). * Solid knowledge of information security and incident management. * Experience managing technology vendors and contracts. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in payment processing companies, acquirers, fintechs, or the financial sector. * Knowledge of regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, LGPD). * Experience with Security Operations Centers (SOC), advanced monitoring, and incident response. * Certifications such as ITIL, ISO 27001, AWS/Azure, CISSP, or similar. Experience in highly critical environments with large transaction volumes. * **Key Responsibilities** **Infrastructure and Operations Management** + Manage server, network, virtualization, cloud, and data center environments. + Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems. + Develop business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery plans (DRP). + Implement best practices for infrastructure governance. **Information Security** + Lead the company's cybersecurity strategy. + Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements (e.g., LGPD, PCI DSS). + Oversee vulnerability management, incident response, and threat monitoring. + Support internal and external audits. **Technical Support and Operations** + Define and monitor SLA levels and operational KPIs. + Ensure efficiency in internal and external support delivery. + Drive continuous improvement in service desk processes.**Projects and Technological Modernization** + Lead cloud migration, automation, and cost-optimization projects. + Evaluate emerging technologies aligned with corporate strategy. + Coordinate technology vendors, contracts, and partners. **Leadership and People Management** + Develop and engage multidisciplinary technical teams. + Establish training and team development plans. + Foster a culture of accountability, security, and high performance.
