




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing supplies, controlling inventory, negotiating with suppliers, optimizing logistics processes, and leading a team—aiming for results and compliance. Plan and control the supply flow to ensure continuous availability of materials and services. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal commercial terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Analyze consumption demand, plan inventory levels, and propose replenishment policies. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, maintaining an updated and reliable supplier database. Manage supply contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms. Prepare performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply function. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improvement of\*\* logistics and procurement processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and applicable legislation. Lead, guide, and develop the team under direct responsibility. Collaborate with other departments (production, maintenance, engineering, finance) to meet supply requirements.
