Job Summary: The professional will supervise and plan daily demand, manage logistics flow, ensure the effectiveness of inventory and shipping processes, and develop and lead the team. Report analysis for continuous improvement and achievement of results **Your Mission:** * Supervises and plans daily demand according to the established delivery schedule. Conducts meticulous control via a detailed visibility dashboard, ensuring execution of all order stages—including picking, verification, billing, cross-docking, loading, route planning, proper order closure, and accurate recording of reasons for any delivery failures; * In stockout situations, closely monitors departmental management, including consideration of offering similar products or confirming the stockout, aiming to ensure shipment occurs on the agreed delivery date; * Ensures the flow of same-day immediate pickup demand, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and quality. Also monitors orders with expired pickup deadlines, taking necessary actions such as contacting the customer or canceling the order; * Maintains daily interaction with the control tower and holds monthly meetings, evaluating incidents and supporting the logistics administration team under close managerial oversight; * Supervises the ADM team to guarantee that all scheduled deliveries for the day have a Transport Document (DT). In cases where this document is missing, directly engages the carrier to ensure route planning is completed, safeguarding our OTIF (On\-Time In\-Full) performance indicator; * Uses the route planning dashboard to extract relevant information supporting decision-making, proactively addressing potential issues raised by customer reservations and accelerating solutions; * Continuously seeks greater agility and efficiency in resolving stockout cases, applying careful analysis and making decisive, autonomous decisions; * Identifies operational bottlenecks and organizes the team according to peak flow periods, ensuring order picking time and customer dwell time align with company-established guidelines; * Demonstrates strong report analysis skills, proposing actions to enhance existing processes and achieve targeted results; * Supports the Logistics Operations Manager in selecting, hiring, motivating, developing, and retaining staff per departmental evaluation and needs; * Continuously seeks improvement opportunities, anticipates problems, and contributes appropriate solutions; * Collaborates with the manager in preparing reports aimed at increasing productivity and achieving departmental objectives; * Becomes a reference for the team, sharing departmental metrics and meeting established goals; * Guides team members on the daily management plan and supervises task execution. Monitors inventory control, including slotting, position storage, and physical inventories; * Ensures proper use and maintenance of tools available to teams (strapping tools, label printers, data collectors, forklifts, pallet jacks, radios, printers, computers, etc); * Ensures effectiveness of all inventory management processes—both cycle and general. Monitors execution of movement, transit, slotting, and negative inventory processes and promotes correct slotting culture; * Ensures compliance with the stockout procedure and maintains constant vigilance over system stock deficiency monitoring, preparing weekly reports on this topic. Assists in training and development of staff (store and logistics) on resource usage and adherence to material handling and storage processes; * Plays a central role in anti-shrinkage efforts and presents in-depth reports during briefing meetings; serves as a model of effectiveness in counter-power and adoption of best practices; * Guides team members on the daily operations plan, collaborates in loss prevention, safeguards merchandise inventory quality and condition, oversees the logistics yard, and directs the team to keep it consistently clean and organized; * Ensures all goods are verified and in perfect condition. Monitors return collections per established commercial agreements, guiding the team toward improved communication and process compliance; * Instructs the team to report any discrepancies in product master data to the registration support team, preventing inventory errors.
