Coordination and support for delivery logistics **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (1-hour break) **Experience Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Purchase Order Management: Procurement of various inputs required for production. Organization of records originating from the department. Price and Terms Negotiation: Conduct price research. Prepare quotation maps and purchase orders. Coordination with Other Departments: Forward invoices to the Finance Department when necessary. Support logistics for input deliveries. Purchasing and Supply Chain: Perform quotation, negotiation, and procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for company operations. Maintain inventory control and monitor the inflow and outflow of supplies. Market Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends, new products, and the organization’s material requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * A completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields is a plus. * Relevant work experience. * Basic computer skills. * Knowledge of construction materials.
